Baby massage helps to:
Enhance the connection between you and your baby.
Promote a means of communication beyond words.
Increase your understanding of baby's cues.
Aid relaxation and sleep.
Stimulate their development.
May help to relieve discomfort from conditions such as colic, constipation and wind.
The trainer is a practising Children's Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience. The course is enhanced by her extensive clinical skills and specialist knowledge of motor development and sensory processing.
The course is run over 5 weeks. The massage strokes taught use techniques from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology.
The atmosphere is relaxed and informal where parents can meet, feel at ease and enjoy quality one-to-one time with their babies.
The cost of the 5 week course is just £55.00 which includes massage oil and a parent information booklet for you to practise the strokes at home.
